Rennie Spearmint Flavoured Tablets contain a combination of effective antacids including Calcium Carbonate and Magnesium Carbonate. Antactids work by neutralising any excess acid produced by the stomach. Excess stomach acid can cause mild to moderate discomfort.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate Ph. Eur. 680mg and Heavy Magnesium Carbonate Ph. Eur 80mg Each tablet also contains Sucrose, Glucose (250mg), Spearmint Flavour, Talc, Povidone, Saccharin Sodium, Magnesium Stearate

Directions

Consult a doctor or a pharmacist before use if you are taking any other medicines or have been told by your doctor you have an intolerance to some sugars. Each adult dose (2 tablets) contains 500mg of glucose. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause acid rebound, changes in blood chemistry or constipation. Any unusual effects should be reported to your doctor or a pharmacist. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Dosage: Adults: 2 tablets to be sucked or chewed as required, up to 16 tablets a day. Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet as required, up to 8 tablets a day. Children under 6: Not recommended.
