Product Description

Aqualube can be used in case of a mild to moderate dry eye syndrome or more commonly to relieve discomfort. It relieves mild symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, itching, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye. It acts as a lubricant, providing relief for dry eye conditions associated with the use of PCs, infrequent blinking, certain medical treatments, atmospheric pollution, dry atmospheres (e.g. air conditioning, wind and sun) and ophthalmic stress due to the use of contact lenses. Aqualube is a sterile, ophthalmic, strong moisturising and protective solution, with a physiological pH, based upon Carmellose. Benzalkonium Chloride free and multiuse container. Suitable for use with contact lenses.

Ingredients

Carboxy Methyl Cellulose Sodium (Carmellose Sodium) B.P. 0.5% w/v, Stabilised Oxychloro Complex 0.005%w/v (As Preservative), Water for Injection B.P. q.s.

Safety Warning

If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use and consult the physician. To avoid contamination do not touch the tip of container to any surface. Do not use after the expiry date. Use within 28 days after first opening. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients of this product. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Directions

Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as directed.
