Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include:
- Parcel number
- Product details
- Tracking number
- Delivery information
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are usually made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Estimated delivery times start from the moment your order is placed
- Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in delivery estimates
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.
