Prontosan Wound Gel 50g – Prevents Biofilm & Supports Healing of Wounds

Prontosan gels contain 2 active ingredients, an antimicrobial polyhexanide (polyhexamethylene biguanide [PHMB]), and a betaine surfactant (undecylenamidopropyl betaine). It is indicated for cleansing, rinsing and moistening acute and chronic wounds and to prevent and remove biofilms. Prontosan solution can be used for irrigation, or applied to gauze as a soak. The gels are applied to the wound bed during dressing changes after cleansing. An innovative Protozoan wound dressing and wound moisturizing gel is perfect for the cleaning, moistening and decontamination of acute, chronic and infected skin wounds and burns. Ideal on acute, chronic and infected skin wounds and burns. Suitable for wound dressings, gauze cuts, compresses or other absorptive materials. Available in 50 g pack.
