Pin-up perm features Cysteamine HCI, which offers a lower pH – and ultimately less damaging – perm lotion than those containing ammonia and thioglycolates. This gentle, yet highly effective FULL HEAD perm kit promises long-lasting, salon-quality curls every time. And did we mention? It also contains a Curl booster sachet for harder-to-perm hair. What’s the difference between Full Head and End Curl? Not much! The Full Head perm is just designed for long hair and the End Curl perm includes slightly less product for short hair.

Ingredients

Waving Lotion:Aqua, Cysteamine HCl, Oleth 10, PVP, Parfum, Trideceth – 12, Amodimethicone, Disodium EDTA, BHA, Hexyl Cinnamel, Citronellol, Cetrimonium Chlade.

Neutraliser:Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Polysorbate 20, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Citric Acid, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Parfum, Disodium EDTA, Salicylic Acid,
Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile).

Curl Booster:Aqua, Triéihanolamine, Glycerin.

How to Use

Read instructions printed on inside of box thoroughly before use. Shampoo hair and towel dry. Apply waving lotion insuring the skin around the hairline is protected with petroleum jelly and a strip of cotton wool. Leave to develop for the required time – usually 10 minutes. Rinse Hair, leaving the perming rods in place. Fix the applicator pipe to the neutraliser bottle and shake well until it forms a rich foam.
