Opticrom hayfever drops 2% W/V 10ml is used for relief and treatment of the eye symptoms of hayfever.

Opticrom Allergy is a clear colourless solution which contains the active ingredient sodium cromoglicate. Sodium Cromoglicate belongs to a group of medicines called anti-allergic medicines. It is used for the prevention and treatment of eye allergies. It works by stopping the release of natural substances in your eyes that can lead to an allergic reaction. Signs of this include itchy, watery, red or inflamed eyes and puffy eyelids.

Ingredients

Sodium Cromoglicate 2% w/v, Benzalkonium Chloride, Disodium Edetate and Water

Directions

•  Please read the enclosed leaflet. Check that the cap seal is not broken before first use.
•  Adults and children over 6 years: Gently squeeze 1 or 2 drops into each eye, 4 times a day.
•  Do not exceed the stated dose.
•  See your doctor or pharmacist if there is no improvement after 2 days of use before using continuously for more than 14 days.
•  If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

Do not use whilst wearing soft contact lenses. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are pregnant, breast feeding or if you require further information. Do not use after date shown on pack. Discard four weeks after opening. For external use only Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
