Efalex Brain Formula is high in DHA, which is a major component of the brain, making up about 90% of the omega-3 fatty acids in the brain and up to 25% of it’s total fat content.

Efalex Brain Formula is a unique blend of Fish Oil and Evening Primrose Oil including DHA and EPA (Omega 3 fatty acids) and GLA and AA (Omega 6 fatty acids). The omega 3 fatty acid DHA help keep brains functioning optimally, while DHA & EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart. GLA can be converted to DGLA in the body. This fatty acid is involved anti-inflammatory processes in the body.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, DHA-rich Fish Oil, Efamol Pure Evening Primrose Oil, lemon oil, Vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), lime flavour, thyme oil.

Directions

•  Adults and children aged five years and over: Two teaspoons (10ml) per day with food or drink
•  Children 3-4 years old: 1 teaspoon (5ml) per day with food or drink
•  Shake the bottle before use
•  The amounts may be taken half in the morning and a half at night
